Along the way, you'll meet some of the owners and pizza makers, and learn about their history and inspiration for creating their unique pizzas. Our doughcents are trained to discuss Chicago's pizza history, and can talk about highlights from the book, "Pizza City USA."
Lou Malnati's is at 1235 W. Randolph St. at 11 am. You can also take the CTA Green Line (toward Oak Park) and get off at the Morgan St. stop. It's a 5 minute walk from the station.
