For Arrival
After you exit your airline, there will be an agent holding up a sign with your name to take you through the Fast Track VIP Service process. The agent will take you to the front lines of immigration and customs, in a couple minutes you will be done and escorted to your chauffeur, who will be in the waiting area. You will be greeted by your chauffeur and then he will escort you to your private vehicle. Your chauffeur will carefully handle and pack your luggage.
