For Arrival
After you exit your airline, there will be an agent holding up a sign with your name to take you through the Fast Track VIP Service process. The agent will take you to the front lines of immigration and customs, in a couple minutes you will be done and escorted to your chauffeur, who will be in the waiting area. You will be greeted by your chauffeur and then he will escort you to your private vehicle. Your chauffeur will carefully handle and pack your luggage. After you will be driven in comfort, enjoying light snacks, refreshments, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, while marveling at the beautiful scenery on the way to your resort. Your chauffeur will ask for permission to stop at one of the best view points with a wow view for you to take some photos.
For Departure
An agent will meet you promptly after exiting your vehicle at the airport, and escort you through the herds and lines to get through, check-in, immigration, and security. Then to the VIP departure lounge where you get to relax and enjoy a full stocked bar, fruits, light snacks, coffee/tea, and much more.
