About this experience
This tour offers a unique experience at Waikato River, the longest river in New Zealand. It starts after lunch break from Auckland, and you will jump on the kayak early evening. You will paddle through the serene Pokaiwhenua Canyon. As darkness falls, you will be guided by the magical glow of New Zealand's glowworms on either side.

You will meet our tour guide at your accommodation
around 1pm. Once you have picked up, will move to the Riverside Adventure at Tirau which will takes about 2 hours.

Upon arrival at Riverside Adventure, you will embark on a fully guided 4-hour kayak glowworm tour.
Preparation:
The first hour will be dedicated to gearing up with appropriate clothing and learning how to kayak.
