The performance takes the love between the Golden-faced Queen and the Blue-faced King as its main thread, and unfolds around plots such as war and floods, telling a touching story. The queen ultimately sacrificed her life to heaven in exchange for the peace of the earth, which is full of the brilliance of humanity and can deeply touch the audience.

The play won the first place of the "Lotus Award" in China, the Best Performance Award at the IAAPA Annual Exhibition in the United States and many other awards. In addition, "The Golden Mask Dynasty" was once identified as a key cultural event play for the Olympic Games and was selected as one of the first batch of key tourism performance promotion plays in Beijing, etc.
