The day before your reservation, one of our travel advisors will be contacting you to give you the exact pick-up time, depending on the location of your hotel, normally the pick-up is between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM, then we begin our trip to San Jose, halfway there we will make a strategic stop of about 15 minutes, so you can use the bathrooms, stretch your legs a bit or buy a snack, then we will continue to our first destination which is the San Jose Airport, and then continue with the passengers who are heading to the city center.
