About this experience

Seeing the Pacific Ocean beach is wonderful at Long Beach. You will see the powder gray sand that goes on for miles. Visit a lighthouse high above the beach, eat some great food, and see what used to be the worlds largest frying pan! Plenty of time to enjoy the beaches and trails.

This is a fun stop, with so many carriages in this one location. About a 30 minute stop to stretch our legs

This beach got its name due to the fact that it kept growing for years and years, caused from clearing the Columbia river of the silt and sand at the opening to the ocean.

The area just West of South Bend is a land that is mud at low tide, and full of water at high tide, only the water is very shallow. Fun to compare morning and evening.

Horse ride on the beach. We'll pre-schedule to be sure we get horses. Optional and price not included.
