Upon arrival, guests are greeted by our staff in the welcome center for a short walking tour of the historic property.

And later join for a Nice experience to learn how to make authentic Italian pasta with a seasoned pro at a relaxed and respectful environment. Enjoy your wonderful creations of three types of pasta for lunch or dinner, followed by tastings of fifteen products including wine, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Here you learn to cut, braise, boil, cook and roast a complete Tuscan meal with great pleasure and fun creating unforgettable dishes in our kitchen. you will also find great moments of fun, laughter, familiarity with the people and so much taste in drinking and eating with homemade pasta, locally sourced meats, fresh products of our vegetable garden and plenty of fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil. Discover our secret and everything that makes us special and get yourself in the Tuscan family.
