On this exciting morning you are picked at 5.30 a.m from your Nairobi hotel and heading direct to the gates of Nairobi park.Upon making the entry payment you begin a game drive which runs approximately 4 hours.The game here is in search of the wide variety of animals in this park which include the lions,giraffes,buffaloes,Zebras,birds etc.You will exit the park at around 10.15.a.m
This is a unique & heartwarming experience, albeit a brief one, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by the sounds of playful trumpeting and the sight of adorable baby elephants frolicking in their natural habitat. The orphanage, dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned elephants, provides a safe haven for these gentle giants.
During your visit, you will have the opportunity to observe the elephants as they engage in various activities. It's a delight to watch them bathing in mud, playing with each other, & enjoying the sunshine.
It's important to note that while the experience is incredibly enriching, there is no close interaction allowed. Visitors are not permitted to feed the elephants, as the focus is on their well-being & rehabilitation. This ensures that the elephants can maintain their natural behaviors and develop the skills they need for eventual reintegration into the wild.
