Inside the natural Regional Park of Porto Conte, Punta Giglio is an amazing reserve.
Due to its strategic position between Porto Conte and Alghero it was an important anti-aircraft base of the army during the last war, that we can visit during our ride, of which there are still structures with barracks, anti-aircraft cannons positioning platforms, casemates and explosives deposit, built with limestone place and camouflaged to the view from the sea.
Perhaps the most beautiful beach on the coral coast, a beach restaurant offers delicious sea and land dishes cooked on the spot. On request it is possible to add lunch to the tour with a supplement. Very close to Lazzaretto there are many small hidden beaches, difficult to reach by car, we will be happy to reach them together by bike and if we have time for a dip in their crystal clear waters will be for sure an unforgettable memory.
