The driver will meet you at your hotel and being the journey from Siem Reap to travel northwest to the trading town of Svay Sisophon via national road number 6 to Poipet. The first part takes you 3 hours to reach the Poipet border where the driver drops you off closest to the border checkpoint.
Here, you will be greeted by our staff and they will provide you with information on how to cross the border and meet a Thai driver. You will have to get out of vehicles and walk with your luggage through Cambodian and Thai immigration. You must present your documents and have your passport stamped. Once you have completed all these steps, you can walk from the Thai immigration office and you will see your Thai driver with your name on paper.
He will take you from Aranyaprathet border directly to your hotel in Bangkok, which takes around 4 hours. You can ask for a coffee break or use the restroom along the way.
The whole trip takes around 7 hours, not including the time spent at Thai and Cambodian immigration control. Please note that the journey time may be slightly longer due to traffic.
