Guides will use the phone number provided at checkout to contact you on the day of travel. Travelers should plan to be ready to meet their guides at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled tour time.
PICK-UP LOCATION
Tour operator is able to pick up travelers from any location within a defined area in Washington DC (National Mall/Downtown area) or Arlington, VA. Please provide your hotel or other preferred pick-up location during checkout. NOTE: If your preferred location falls outside of this radius we may not be able to accommodate you. If you have any question on if your location falls within this radius please contact us immediately to confirm.
ACCESSIBILITY
There is space within the vehicles to store a liftable wheelchair or scooter, however vehicles are not equipped with a ramp or lift.

Tour operator will re-review all scheduled bookings ~24 hours in advanced of travel date and reach out if they require any additional information or have questions.
Admission tickets to any attraction in Washington DC are not included in this tour and travelers would need to coordinate separately if they would like to visit any attraction that requires an entry ticket.
Families may bring their own car seat or booster seat to use within the vehicles. We have 1 of each available for use, however they will need to be requested in advance and will incur an additional $35 fee for use.
