It is important to note that we cannot pick up all our clients at exactly 8:30 am or 11:30 am simultaneously. This time is indicated as the first pickup time and the one written on all our vouchers.
You will receive a confirmation of your updated pick-up time by email 1/2 days before your tour date. Please check your email frequently or contact us directly. Our tours are very limited, and we are unable to cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Additionally, tickets are non-refundable by the museums.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the event date, or in the event of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
