This tour takes you on a short walk with the farmer. You will know the history of umbrian olive oil and the techniques used to produce this high quality product. You will see the olive trees, the oil mill where they are ground into a paste and the state of the art equipment used to extract the oil and will enjoy a beautiful view from the panoramic terrace.
