Important notes

Your airport pickup will be located outside the terminal. Once you have completed Immigration and Customs, proceed to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right next to Island Car Rental to exit the terminal. Upon exiting the terminal, turn right and head towards the restroom. You will find our greeter standing behind the barricade to the left of the restroom (in front of Sixt Car Rental) holding a sign that says BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS (Please do not look for your name). When you spot the greeter, present your ticket and they will accompany you to your transportation.

Please ensure to provide us with the correct flight number for your arrival. We closely monitor arrival flights and will adjust your pickup accordingly in case of any delays. You only need to update us if there are changes to your flight number. Upon landing, please proceed to the pickup point following the directions provided, where our greeter will be waiting to assist you. We anticipate that you will be ready to depart within an hour after your flight's arrival. If your wait extends beyond this time, kindly notify us of your arrival status immediately.
