• IMPORTANT: Please be ready outside your pickup location by the time your tour starts; you will be picked up within the 30-minute window, depending on the pickup list order and traffic. Please have your phone on and ready to receive a phone call during the pickup time if needed.

• Pick up from some hotels in Reykjavik and otherwise designated bus stops. If you have put in a location where you cannot be picked up from, you will be contacted by email.
• Duration of the tour is approximately 5 hours.
• Warm, windproof, and waterproof clothes and outdoor shoes are highly recommended.
• Gateway to Iceland reserves the right to delay, alter, or cancel any tour due to weather or any other unsafe conditions for the safety of our clients or if a minimum number of participants are not reached.
