Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule.

Arrival instructions:
Please after collecting your luggage and *before exiting the the terminal* please contact us via call, iMessage, or WhatsApp. The airport provides free Wi-Fi for your convenience. This will ensure a smooth meet-up with your driver on the designated area.
Once outside, look for your driver, who will be waiting with a customized sign with your name.
In the unlikely event that you don’t see your name, please contact us again and remain in the same location while waiting for your driver.
⚠️ Early arrivals: We work based on the original flight landing time you booked with us, if you are landing earlier please send us an advice notice & wait for your driver at the coffee shop outside the airport terminal.
⚠️ Bear in mind that gratuities for your driver or guide are not included in the total amount billed. The suggested amount for each service is between 15 and 20% depending on your level of satisfaction.
⚠️ Services that require after-hours (from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM) pick-up and/or drop off, will have an additional fee based on the distance and travel time.
