The organic farm of Poggio di Camporbiano produces a variety of delicious cheeses and other products since 1988. The guide will introduces you to the Byodinamic Agricolture, a method that consider the whole farm as a living organism and tries to build a harmonious and balanced ecosystem. You will also visit the cows shed and the goat sheepfold. The visit will finish with a delectable tasting of healthy cheeses of their production.

Upon request, a walk among the olive groves can be arranged. You'll also have the chance to learn how to taste olive oil during an informative and enjoyable tasting and light lunch.
