Attending our small group cooking class you will prepare from scratches the complete recipe of Tonnarelli cacio e pepe and Tiramisù, once at home you will be able to replicate the recipe at any time.

Discover by doing it that fresh pasta is absolutely easy, quick and fun to make, our expert will teach you how to knead the flour to create the dough, how to use a rolling pin and cut the right size to shape the most traditional Roman pasta: Tonnarelli. Mix sheep cheese and pepper to prepare the delicious Cacio e Pepe sauce, prepared with few simple and genuine ingredients.

The dessert you will make does not need presentation, the world famous Tiramisù will have no secrets for you, our expert will share all his knowledge to prepare the most velvety mascarpone cream, and also the history behind the original recipe.
