The Cruise Company may assign an appointed disembark time for each passenger in advance. If possible, please let us know when you have your disembark time. The driver will await you with holding a sign of your name at the arrival hall before that time.
On arrival
Looking for a sign of your name. Whenever your cruise ship arrives at the Terminal, your personal driver will greet you and escort you to your private vehicle, and then transfer to your hotel in downtown Shanghai.
The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the arrival exit. If you are not able to see your driver for some reasons, please get in touch with us immediately:

Important Notes:
1. The Cruise Company may assign an appointed disembarkation time for each passenger in advance. If possible, please let us know your time, we will send the driver to arrive there on time. We suggest you to negotiate with ship company to arrange you to disembark at first priority. If you arrive earlier than the scheduled disembarkation time, please kindly hold your position and contact us immediately.
2. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss due to customers failing to provide the correct information in time. Your payment for unused services won't be refunded.
3. Free Waiting Time: up to 2 hours after your disembarkation time.
NOTE: If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: US$5 (30 yuan) PER half an hour. Please pay in cash to the driver.
4. If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
