Arrival Transfer: Airport to Hotel:
1. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and await at the exit of luggage claim hall of airport. After meeting and greeting by your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel. Free waiting time is up to 1.5 hour at the airport.
2. If you cannot see the driver or you encounter a long queue at customs, please do contact the emergency number to us. If you leave without making an emergency call, you will not be able to get refund.

Or additional waiting time fees may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing), please contact us immediately.

If you stay in an airbnb, we might not be able to drop off at the door but roadside. Because the lane is too narrow to drive.
