Your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby with holding your name sign. You will be escorted directly to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to Xi'an Central Train Station for departure.

We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.

If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
