We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel lobby from the appointed time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fee (100THB per half hour) may apply.
If you stay in an airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because the lane is too narrow to drive. You need to walk out to the road side or an appointed place.

Hotel pickup services are available within the east of the Chao Phraya River, with the Chao Phraya River as the demarcation line. See the yellow area in the map screenshots. For further distance, there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
According to Thailand land transport department provisions, all passengers must fasetn seat belts. Otherwise, you will be fined 1000 THB per person by local traffic police.
Driving fast is normal in Bangkok becasue of the severe traffic jam. But driver always abides by traffic order. Sit and relax, please make sure you fasten your seat belt all the time.
