Arrival Transfer: Train Station to Hotel
Please notify your train and carriage number at the time of booking. The driver will be waiting for your at the nearest exit to you at railway station with holding a sign with your name on it. After meeting and greeting by your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel. Free waiting time is up to 30 minutes.

Hotel drop-off area should be within the 4th ring road of Beijing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.

We provide up to 30 minutes of waiting time at the railway station after your train arrives. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.

If you stay in hutong or airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because the lane of hutong is too narrow to drive, and normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.

Please make sure you provide us with your correct train number and hotel address.
