Note: Free hotel pickup area should be within the middle ring road of Shanghai.
Whenever your cruise ship departs from the Cruise Terminal, your personal driver will set aside enough time for the transfer to ensure your boarding on time and trouble-free from your hotel.
Please specify your pick-up time and the name of cruise terminal at the time of booking in advance. You will be picked up from your hotel lobby and transferred to departure terminal by air-conditioned vehicle. Sit back and relax along the way. After arrival at Cruise Terminal, the transfer service ends.

We provide up to 20 minutes of waiting time at your hotel from the appointed time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in the “Special Request” form at the time of your booking, at least 3 days ahead).
If you stay airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
The cruise terminal is Wusongkou Terminal (Baoshan Port), not Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal (Daming Road, Hongkou District) .

The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at your hotel lobby. If you are not able to see your driver for some reasons, please get in touch with us immediately:
