Stop 1

The day starts from Rome at 7.30 am with air-conditioned minivan direction Assisi arriving at about 10.00 am free visit of the Shrine of the Porciuncula to Santa Maria degli Angeli continuation to Assisi center where you can visit the Basilica of San Francisco, free lunch (NOT INCLUDED) visit Santa Clara and finally return to Rome at 14.30 15.00 with arrival at the hotel at 17.30.

Religious pilgrims have come here for centuries to visit the Basilica of San Francesco (where St. Francis is buried) and the Basilica of Santa Chiara (to see the tomb of St. Clare).
