Our rate includes:

The rates presented correspond to services from 7:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. For flights outside these hours, we ask you to contact our reservations center to guarantee your service.

Waiting time to take the transport is between 15 to 30 minutes since the contact with our Staff at the arrival terminal meeing point.
The arrival service is from the airport terminal to your hotel. For groups of people arriving at different airport terminals, the pick-up will be one stop only, not multiple terminals. You must note the terminal for your pick-up.
Departure service is also just to only one of the airport terminals, not multiple stops.
Reservations made less than 5 hours before the arrival time will have a waiting time to take the transport of approximately 45 minutes in case the vehicle is not available for operational reasons.
