we continue cycling to Tra Que Village
Enjoy welcome drink & take a short break before heading to the village with a local farmer to see the various herbs, vegetables, and fruits.
Learning how to do some farm work, wearing farm clothes to do some light work using traditional methods.
Return to local farmer & begin the tra que cooking class, where we will learn how to make Tra Que vegetable salad Tam Huu, Vietnamese rice pancakes, and fried spring rolls, fish wrapped banana leaves, mango salad. We’ve been eating what we’ve just cooked for lunch or Dinner

Tra Que Vegetable village where we will meet a local family to see how they live. Enjoy drinks made by them whilst they share stories about their lives in the village.
After our refreshment, they will demonstrate each task involved in the growing of vegetables. Then it is your turn to:

fertilise with seaweed, including stomping in the seaweed
sow the plants, and
water them with two watering cans in the traditional way.
