ANY ACTIVITY INTERRUPTED OR NOT PERFORMED FOLLOWING A DECISION MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT OR SUBSCRIBER IN THE LAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE TOUR, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
