Detailed itinerary

1

In this unassuming amazing resturant we will try some tasty pozole, a traditional soup and a guisado, a type of taco that features stewed fillings served in warm corn tortillas. They also have some great Margeritas and other coctails with mezcal, tequila etc. Afterwards we will walk 15 minutes to Pit Bbq.

2

Pema is a hidden gem in RiNo serving up flavorful Tibetan, Indian, and Nepali dishes. It’s a cozy, casual spot with a menu full of vibrant spices and comforting street food favorites.

Depending on the size of the group, we’ll start with pani puri—a fun and tasty snack with crispy shells filled with spiced potatoes, chickpeas, and tangy tamarind water.

If there are more than two people on the tour, we’ll also try something extra—often momos (steamed dumplings filled with meat or veggies) or another delicious dish the group chooses together. It's a great chance to sample something new and share flavors from the Himalayas.

3

We stop here for some delicious brisket (and more, depending on the group size), along with an optional beer from Our Mutual Friend Brewery. However, Pit Fiend BBQ is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we only include this stop on other days. On those days we go to Corsica wine bar or get bbq in central market.

4

The Denver Central Market features 11 vendors who specialize in various kinds of delicious food.

Here we will share a pizza from a restaurant Vero Italian that specializes in wood-fired pizza & pasta. If the group is small we might just get a slice from another great pizzeria next store called Redeemer Pizza.

5

To finish off our evening we will have a treat from Izzio Bakery that's also in central market. Here you can chose a Colorado Queen pastry. Choses may include Classic, Cherry, Caramel, Apple, Peach, Chocolate, Nutela, Caramel Pecan, Dulce de Leche and Pistacho.

If you're not interested in a Colorado Queen you can chose a similar priced item. After we finish at the Central market people can go on their own way.
