Boat Departure:

Once you have exited the arrival cruise ship area please go to the check-in area which is located on the second floor of the Puerto Mágico Shopping Mall. You will see "Los Veranos Canopy Tour" Logo. Your tour time is Puerto Vallarta local time (CST), not ship time.

Land Departure:

Please join us at Los Veranos Canopy Tour office, once you have exited the gated cruise ship area, follow the sidewalk alongside the main street (Francisco Medina Ascencio) and pass the Pemex Gas Station. The Los Veranos Office is located in the same parking lot as Chedraui Playa De Oro Grocery Store. Approximately a 5 minute walk from the exit gate of the Cruise Ship Terminal. Your Tour is on Puerto Vallarta local time (CST), not ship time. Arrive 15 min prior your departure time.
