Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, reserves the right to hire an Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event we see the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, we will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures must be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Since Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. Our vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) can board the selected vehicle/service; we will do our best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that if the driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, we reserve the right not to issue a refund for the services.
Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
This a door-to-door private tour/day trip, and includes pickup and drop-off. Tour/day starts at pickup location (Starting time) and ends at the drop-off location (Ending time).
Guest is responsible to notify the Tour Operator for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, the Tour Operator reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
Tour Operator´s staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it's the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let Tour Operator's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.
Waiting time: Upon request, the tour/service operator may provide an additional waiting time if possible. Additional fees applies: .$15.00 per every 15 minutes of wating time. After the allocated free waiting time, if guests are not on-board the vehicle, No-show will apply. No-shows are not refundable.
The scenic drive via Highway 1, also known as the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), which runs along the California coastline and allows you to travel to Santa barbara along the coast. However, due to landslides, heavy rain, accidents, and other natural, and not, events, certain sectiuons of the Hwy 1 may be close. Tour Operator reserves the right to not use Hwy 1 if is not safe to do so.
Due to the recent California Wildfires, the Tour Operator do not pickup, and or drop-off in the Malibu/Pacific Palisades areas.
Guest must contact the Tour Operator for "last-minute" bookings made within 48 hours or less for confirmation.
