Before we get started, our tour reflects the local cuisine, & the limitations of street food vendors means we unfortunately cannot cater for every dietary restriction. Here's an honest appraisal for the tour, so no-one is disappointed:
✘ Unsuitable for vegetarian diets sorry, as there would be 6-7 less tastings.
✖️ Unsuitable for severe allergies, halal and celiac diets, due to the risk of traces & cross-contamination.

A stone's throw from the urban beachside, Da Nang's culinary hotspots are waiting to be hunted down by hungry visitors eager to find the real foodie trail.
We'll meet inland from Dragon Bridge, and venture to where the locals go. From sizzling bánh xèo to charcoal grilled beef in piper lolot leaves, it's a food adventure like no other. Toss your fork over banana leaf-wrapped sausage and sticky rice cake with steamed dumplings. Soon after, there's braised caramelized pork with crunchy stir-fried morning glory. Among many more surprises, there are 15+ delicious tastings in all, part of our mission to expand your palate of Vietnamese cuisine.
We'll find out why the Michelin list plucked out Da Nang, and not it's touristy neighbour Hoi An. We'll spoon a sweet taste of red bean chè dau do, and finish up with the greatest cup of salted Joe on earth (in a very cool vintage venue).
The tour ends at the fire-roaring Dragon bridge, with a new found knowledge of Da Nang's culinary delights. Book this tour at the start of the trip, you'll want to go back for a second serving.
