Il percorso cicloturistico "I Vigneti della Piana Rotaliana", offre un'esperienza immersiva tra i paesaggi vitivinicoli del Trentino, ideale per essere affrontato in e-bike. L'itinerario si snoda attraverso la Piana Rotaliana e la Val di Cembra, attraversando vigneti, borghi storici e colline panoramiche. È adatto a bici da corsa, gravel ed e-bike, con possibilità di noleggio presso Prestabici.cc, che fornisce anche traccia GPS e assistenza tecnica.
Una tappa imperdibile lungo il percorso è la visita alla cantina Pojer e Sandri, situata a Faedo, a circa 600 metri di altitudine. Fondata nel 1975 da Mario Pojer e Fiorentino Sandri, l'azienda è rinomata per la produzione di vini di alta qualità, grappe, distillati di frutta e aceti. La cantina offre visite guidate su prenotazione, dal lunedì al venerdì alle 10:00 e alle 15:00, e il sabato mattina alle 10:00. La visita, della durata di circa due ore, include la cantina, la distilleria e una degustazione di cinque vini.
Per arricchire l'esperienza, è possibile abbinare la degustazione a salumi e formaggi locali nella sala tasting panoramica recentemente inaugurata, che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla Piana Rotaliana.
