You will explore Los Haitises National Park with its unique rocks up to 98 feet high that jutting out of the water. You will tour its tropical forests which were filming locations for the movie Jurassic Park. You will sail by boat through its lush mangroves and you will easily spot the endangered Ridgway's Hawk, the Hispaniolan Piculet, the Hispaniolan Woodpecker, the Hispaniolan Emerald, as well as pelicans, frigate birds, herons, and many more majestic birds in flight over the park's extensive landscape. You will explore the caves where the Tainos lived more than 500 years ago and you will see the more than 950 pictographic paintings that still remain overthere, handmade by them. *1 hour transportation time from Montaña Redonda is Included on the duration.
