Our tour departs Inverness and travels north, up through to Loch Fleet where you might be able to spot some seals and a range of birds – make sure you have your camera ready!

Our John O’Groats tour continues on to the village of Golspie. The village, situated on the North Sea coast is nestled next to Ben Bhraggie and is an attractive little seaside resort, with long sandy beaches. Spend time here for refreshments before we journey on to Dunrobin Castle.

A stately home in Sutherland, Dunrobin Castle is the family seat of Clan Sutherland. It resembles a French chateau with its towering spires and it overlooks the Moray Firth. You'll have time here to explore the beautiful stately home, gardens & museum (optional extra) and enjoy some refreshments in their tearoom.

We pause at the Helmsdale Clearance for photos and to learn of the history of the area.

We will stop in the area around the old Viking Settlement of Wick for lunch.

After our visit to Wick, we then travel to John O’Groats; the most northerly point on British mainland. Here you’ll be able to stroll along the cliff path, take your iconic photo at the signpost, enjoy dramatic coastal views and perhaps see some local wildlife. John O’Groats is one of the best places in the UK to see Atlantic puffins, you might also see some grey seals or even an orca!

We travel to Dunbeath Harbour for photos

We pause at Brora beach for photos before returning to Inverness.
