If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at your designated hotel's address, please inform the operator 14 hours before departure. Please note that it is not guaranteed as the operator can only pick up passengers who stay along the bus route. If we can not pick you up at your designated location, we will advise you nearest pick-up point to your hotel.
Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.
Please present at your chosen pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time. This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10-15 mins delay to pick up other passengers
Booking required minimum 2 paxes per booking. If you are travelling alone, you have to paid double fee for 2 pax. In case, another traveller joins together into the tour, you will be refunded the fee later.
