The Sainte-Chapelle was built between 1244 and 1248 and, despite minor restorations, has many original elements of high-quality architecture. The large, colorful stained glass windows in particular are an attraction for every visitor and give the entire architecture of the Sainte-Chapelle Paris something unique. Each window of the Sainte-Chapelle Paris is 12 meters high and together they cover an area of 600 m². Approximately ⅔ of all the windows here are still in their original state of 12th century architecture.
