Bali Full-Day Car Charter: Tanah Lot and Uluwatu Sunset Tour is exciting tour packages that we design to visit places of interest in west and south Bali. The first visit of the trip is Taman Ayun Temple or Mengwi Royal Temple with wide garden and known as a floating temple. Then we will take you to visit Tanah Lot Temple which is looked to be adrift in on the ocean and own the magnificent view.

Lunch will be serve at restaurant near the temple, then we will continue to visit Padang Padang Beach which is famous for it's beautiful panoramic coral beach, next trip is visiting Uluwatu Temple which built on the narrow peninsula with deep rocky beach under it. The last of the trip is to watching Kecak and Fire Dance located beside the temple with sunset view, before back to your hotel we will take you to enjoy your seafood dinner in Jimbaran Beach.

Stop 1

Towering tiers from the temple shrines make up most of the profile of Taman Ayun Temple and are a gesture of the people of Mengwi reverence to their deified noble ancestors, for the temple complex is considered the mother temple of Mengwi. The temple was to serve as a main site of worship among the Mengwi people who need not travel too far to the main large temples, the likes of the Besakih mother temple in Karangasem, Batukaru Temple in Tabanan or Batur Temple in Kintamani. It also served as a unifying symbol among the Mengwi royalty and the people.

Stop 2

Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves, Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali not to be missed icons. The onshore site is dotted with smaller shrines alongside visitors leisure facilities that comprise restaurants, shops and a cultural park presenting regular dance performances. The temple is located in the Beraban village of the Tabanan regency, an approximate 20km northwest of Kuta and is included on most tours to Bali western and central regions.

Uluwatu Temple or Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of six key temples believed to be Bali spiritual pillars. Is renowned for its magnificent location, perched on top of a steep cliff approximately 70 meters above sea level. This temple also shares the splendid sunset backdrops as that of Tanah Lot Temple, another important sea temple located in the island western shores. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is definitely one of the top places on the island to go to for sunset delights, with direct views overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean and daily Kecak dance performances. Balinese architecture, traditionally designed gateways and ancient sculptures add to Uluwatu Temple appeal.

Not known exactly where Kecak and Fire Dance originated, which was first developed but there are some kind of agreement on the Balinese Kecak was first developed into a performing arts in the village of Bona, Gianyar, as additional knowledge Kecak was originally a song or music that is resultant from a combination sounds that make up melodies that are usually used to accompany the sacred dance Sanghyang. And can only be staged in the temple. Then in the early 1930s by artists from the village of Bona, Gianyar trying to develop a Kecak dance by taking the story of Ramayana who danced as a substitute for Sanghyang Dance so this dance could eventually be displayed in public as a performance art. Part of the Ramayana story in which the first is taken as Goddess Sita was abducted by King Rahvana.
