CRUISE SHIP pick-ups are set for 9:30am, unless otherwise requested. You MUST contact us to request a time change or leave a note at check out.
Pick-up window is 9:30am to 10:30am. If we do not hear from you in that time, your driver will be released and full charges will apply. If you are delayed coming off the ship please let us know!
