GLASSES: you can wear glasses or contact lenses (although for your comfort, contact lenses should be worn instead of glasses where possible). The virtual reality headsets will be worn on top of your glasses and the distance between the left and right lenses in your headsets can be adjusted to fit your glasses. Note however, that if the frames of your glasses are larger than 15cm wide and 5cm tall, it will not fit inside the headsets.
You cannot play the adventure if you have epilepsy
If you have a history of photosensitive seizures, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress or heart conditions, you should consult a doctor before booking
Pregnant woman and the elderly should also exercise caution.
Wheelchair accessible. A ramp through the cafe is available Mon-Fri before 3pm, otherwise requires going up 5 steps, then taking the lift to level 1. During the adventure, players can choose to sit in their wheelchair or on the seating provided.

Level 1. Located near the corner of Bathurst Street (next to The Belvedere pub) in the block behind Event Cinema. The nearest station is Town Hall which is 3 minutes walk (take the Bathurst Street exit). The nearest parking is across the road at Cinema Centre Car Park.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time. If you are late, the tour operator reserves the right to reduce the tour duration so as not to impact customers in the next session.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
