Afterward, enjoy a tasting of three premium wines: Nero di Troia (a bold red), Falanghina (a crisp white), and Rosato from Nero di Troia (a delicate rose). Each wine is paired with organic preserves, artisanal dairy, and freshly baked focaccia.
