We will meet a the cruise terminal or another preferred accommodation in Trieste and head directly to Postojna. A ride in a comfortable up to date clean and air conditioned private van or a minibus takes about 45 minutes. We accept only up to 20 persons for this excursion.

As we arrive to Postojna your driver will escort you to the cave entrance, give you tickets (included in price) and you will join a group that will be guided in your preferred language by a local cave guide. The cave is so big you enter it with the small electric train (15 minutes ride).

After that you will be guided trough the cave and there you will get some interesting facts and the history of this Slovenian gem. This part of guided tour lasts for about 1 hour on more or less flat surface. After you come back from the cave you will have enough time to buy some souvenirs, have a coffee or snack, use the toilet, etc before you meet again with your driver/escort and head to the best preserved fairy tale cave Castle in the world with more than 800 year old history.

The castle was built under more than 100 meters high cliff and is considered as one of the most beautiful castles in the world. At the castle we will make a photostop for up to 45 min or do the castle audio guided tour upon whole group agreement.

After the visit of the castle you will be dropped off in the Trieste passenger terminal or your preferred location or accommodation in Trieste.
