You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and taken to Abhaneri. The ancient city of Baoris (step wells), founded by King Raja Chand in the 9th century, is renowned for its collection of water reservoirs reached by descending steps. During the tour, you will get the chance to explore the 13-story tall "Chand Baori," one of the most well-known wells in the city. At your own expense, you could hire a guide for (INR 1000) and the guide will provide details about its function and construction. After your tour, return to Jaipur and get dropped off at your hotel.
After seeing Abhaneri, on the way back to Jaipur, we will stop to visit the Galtaji Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple. Galtaji Temple, a pre-historic Hindu pilgrimage site, the Galtaji Temple, is located only 10km away from Jaipur. One of the jewels of Jaipur, the temple complex encompasses natural fresh water springs and 7 holy 'kunds' or water tanks. Among these kunds, the 'Galta Kund', is the holiest one and is believed to never get dry.
After visiting the temple, you will be dropped off at the place of your choice.
