You'll be picked up from a Paphos location of your choice and driven into the Paphos region of the Troodos mountain range to reach the destination of our host. This will be a beautiful scenic drive through villages and vineyards.
We keep our tours authentic by visiting true locals and because these local villagers are busy with every day life – we cannot guarantee which stops we’ll be visiting after the cheese-making workshop... However, here’s an example list of products - honey / traditional sweets / wine / donkey milk products / carob honey / chocolates.
You'll be taken to the house of a local village lady to learn the traditional technique of halloumi and anari cheese making. This hands-on workshop ends with a delicious tasting that will include the cheeses made.
We'll visit 2-3 local producers (e.g. carob honey / traditional sweets / local jams / olive oil / wine / etc.)
While driving through the Paphos countryside we'll also include a bonus stop at a scenic, historical monastery.
On our way back into Paphos we'll stop in the village of Geroskipou to learn about the traditional sweets with a tour and tasting at a small local workshop.
