There is nothing more serene than a beautifully lit city all around you as you cruise slowly in a traditional cyclo through the city. This is your opportunity to experience the Phnom Penh by night with a local guide to lead the way and to capture some brilliant photos of the city from a different perspective. This evening tour will feature some of the city's most famous monuments and will showcase the local lifestyle with a few unique viewpoints thrown in along the way. This tour will conclude at the Phnom Penh Night Market, where you can take your time to enjoy some shopping or choose one of the many nearby restaurants for a delicious meal.
Your first stop will be Independence Monument. Enjoy the splendour of this beautiful monument and the fountains surrounding it all lit up at night, as your guide fills you in on some of Cambodia's history.
After a short ride, enjoy the breeze from the river as you arrive at the Royal Palace. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy a local khmer snack offered by one of the many food vendors located along side the palace.
Enjoy the drive along on the riverside to Touk, as you pass under the canopies of lights that mark the way. At Touk you will have time to relax as you enjoy a cold beverage and watch the boats on the river.
Although this is a beautiful destination to visit during the day, the brilliantly lit Wat Phnom is even more special to see at night
Your final stop, willl be the Phnom Penh Night Market where you have the opportunity to sample local dishes as well as do some souvenir shopping.
