You will be picked up from your London hotel or address and taken directly to the cruise terminal with no stress or fuss. The driver will arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For the return journey back to London or Heathrow Airport a suitable pickup time will be confirmed before the scheduled pickup date. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
Hotel Pickup,
Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival.

The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.
Cruise terminal pickup:
Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area).
If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.
The Chauffeur will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passengers.

Due to the duration of the journey time and vehicle availability on cruise days, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change the pickup time.
