What you'll see

You will be picked up from Portsmouth Cruise terminal or Address and taken directly to your Heathrow Airport or Hotel in London. The driver will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The driver will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Important notes

The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area). The pickup time is the disembarkation time when the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal.

If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)

By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.
