You'll be met directly at Southampton Cruise terminal, where the driver will be holding a customised name board with your name at the arrival exit at your preferred pickup time.
The driver will arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The driver will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

You would then travel from Southampton, through the English countryside to Windsor Castle, your driver will present you with your pre-booked tickets, which will allow you to skip the long lines and allow you to go straight into the castle and explore the castle grounds, St George’s chapel and the rich history surrounding the ancient architecture. If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 60 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.
The driver will leave the cruise terminal 90 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Windsor. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
