What you'll see
You'll be met directly at Southampton Cruise terminal, where the driver will be holding a customised name board with your name at the arrival exit at your preferred pickup time.
The driver will arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The driver will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
When making a booking, you will need to provide the Cruise Ship name and your preferred pick up time. (Disembarkation Time)
You would then travel from Southampton, through the English countryside to Windsor Castle, your driver will present you with your pre-booked tickets, which will allow you to skip the long lines and allow you to go straight into the castle and explore the castle grounds, St George’s chapel and the rich history surrounding the ancient architecture. After your two hour visit of Windsor you will meet your driver at an arranged meeting point, where you will then travel to your final destination to Heathrow airport/Hotel or London.
The transfer will be confirmed instantaneously.
The price is based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 3 small suitcases in a Sedan. 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan. 5 to 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 Seater Van.

Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time.

If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 60 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.
The driver will leave the cruise terminal 90 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Windsor. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.
