Important notes

Your driver will meet you directly outside of the train station he will be in position 20 minutes after your train arrival time this will give you sufficient time to collect your luggage and meet the driver outside at the pick-up and drop-off area opposite King's Cross station. Please do not cross over the road to King's Cross please stay on the same side of the station.

If waiting time at the train station exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time or the train arrival time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

The driver will leave the train station 40 minutes from the train arrival time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
