The first pickup in Central London on selected cruise arrival days will start from 10:30am and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11:30am.
As the vehicles are small vans and minibuses, we are able to pick up directly from the front of 95% of London Hotels.
The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

If you arrive at Heathrow airport on the day of your cruise departure, due to airport regulations, we are not able to pick up from Heathrow airport terminal from the curb side you will have to make your own way to a Heathrow airport hotel where we can pick you up, the best hotels to meet our driver for our Cruise Shuttle Service at 11.30 AM is from the Sofitel London Heathrow at Terminal 5 or the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 which are both connected to the airport.
Please note: During major events or heavy traffic in Central London, we may adjust your pick-up time slightly earlier than scheduled. In rare cases, we may reroute passengers to a nearby meeting point—but you will not need to make your own way. Our team will handle all logistics and ensure you're transported smoothly.

The first pickup in Central London will start from 10:30 AM and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11.30 AM with a 30-minute pickup slot will be provided.

Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a transfer service, the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival at the hotel.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
